Quick fix, just showing me how to be more assertive in resetting the breaker. Ozy also explained the condition of the breaker box in general, which was very useful for future needs. The best part was that he made no charge because he lived a couple blocks away and this was on his way home anyway. What a nice guy! He will definitely be called for future needs.
